Drebaur Homes offers many different business services for property owners and financial managers. From fully integrated construction management to project consultation for both the casual real estate investor and the large scale portfolio holder. Through our network of trades, service contractors and realtors, we can take your property from concept acquisition to complete sales product or any phase in between.

In the past few years, we have seen a shift in the market from small scale residential “flips” to larger acquisitions of foreclosure properties, both move-in ready and incomplete.

As a builder, we have shifted to servicing our client’s needs for timely quality completion and re-structuring of marketable real estate. With the volume of investment grade real estate on the market, the scope has gone beyond just putting a completed product on the ground, we look at the broader picture of evaluating the product as well as servicing the management and facilitating the sale to transition the investment into a profitable closing.

Product Evaluation & Acquisition
What are your investment goals and what is your targeted market? There are many properties both individual and bulk available in the Houston area today. With the decline of the housing market, several builders and developers were forced to leave part and parcel residences and developments incomplete in either a negotiated work out or outright foreclosure. With years of exposure in the market area, we can work with you to identify those market segments that best fit your individual aspirations.

Construction Services
As a residential builder, we can take a product from ground up or stage completion. Be it a raw development with production opportunities or merely completing a property from its abandoned stage. In this arena our clients include both banks/primary lien holders and independent investors. Drebaur Homes will evaluate the property from its existing stage and provide a cost to complete bid for hard costs based on the original intent and feature level of the original developer/builder. Once you have reviewed the quote we will discuss opportunities for value engineering as well as product improvement to make for a more equitable investment.

Property Management & Marketing
Through our network of service contractors we will provide continued management of the property while assisting in the marketing and sales. The scope of services is packaged to your unique needs, from simple landscape maintenance to signage and sales assistance. We have a standing relationship with Anna Stratton of Remax Hometown among others. Through these partnerships we offer sales and listing services, buyer walks and orientation, facilitating change orders and buyer options as well as punch list generation and completion. It is through this integration of services that we can package a full product rivaling that offered clients buying from a new construction builder, yet providing a low overhead opportunity for real estate holders and investors.
